Judge appointed by Ministerial Decree December 3, 1991, with the qualification of judge of second instance since December 3, 2014. She has successfully completed the VII evaluation.

⦁ Since 2018 judge of second instance of the Court of Appeal of Milan, enterprises Division and First Civil Section, specialized in patents, trademarks, antitrust, competition, trade secrets, company and financial law
⦁ From 2013 to July 2018, Judge of first instance of the Court of Milan with the functions of Specialized Judge Enterprise Section (industrial and competition law, copyright, antitrust, state aid and patents ).
Positions held
⦁ Since 2012 she has been teaching Civil Procedural Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University of Milan.
⦁ Since 2009 she has been appointed by the Superior Council of judges as referent, in the civil sector, for the training of judges for the district of Milan.
⦁ Member of the ANM study commission law and civil process and reform projects established at the VII Commission of the CSM in May 2016
⦁ In 2019 she was appointed coordinating judge in the civil area of judges
⦁ Member of Association of European Competition Law Judges – AECLJ, association of European antitrust judges from the different EU countries. In the 2022 she was appointed to the executive committee representing Italy
