The Italian Antitrust Association (AAI), together with the Antitrust association of France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, is organizing a special session devoted to below threshold merger control. The event will take place in Florence in the afternoon of June 11th, in connection with the VIII Biennial Antitrust Conference of the AAI, which will take place on the following 12th and 13th of June 2025.
